📋 Description

• Close collaboration with our teams to translate their requirements into actionable data solutions • Build and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting needs • Develop and optimize data products to enable self-service analytics across the company • Evolve our data infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing and delivery • Ensure data quality through test frameworks, validation processes, and comprehensive documentation • Challenge assumptions and promote data-driven approaches, including with senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Generalist • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data transformation tools such as dbt, as well as visualization tools (preferably Tableau) • Deep understanding of data modeling concepts • Data-first mindset and pride in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability • Close collaboration with stakeholders to define metrics and enable data-driven decisions • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact
