📋 Description

• Own the full development lifecycle of features, including database design, backend APIs, agent logic, and Vue frontend implementation • Design and maintain scalable, reliable systems using distributed and event-driven architectures • Build and orchestrate workflows using tools like Temporal (or similar frameworks) • Develop and integrate LLM-powered agents, leveraging ReAct patterns, skill-based architectures, and MCP tool integration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across services • Deploy and manage applications on GCP, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture • Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Go and Python development • Proven ability to build and own systems end-to-end (database, API, frontend) • Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures • Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal) • Experience with LLM/agent frameworks, including ReAct patterns, skill architectures, and exposure to MCP-style structured tool protocols • Familiarity with GCP and cloud-native development • Experience building LLM agent evaluations and iterating on prompt reliability (eval harnesses, golden-output testing, failure-mode analysis) • Comfort working with HIPAA-adjacent / PHI data (medical records, litigation files); applies basic data-handling and audit-logging hygiene • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • Must have own equipment • **Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:** • Experience in healthcare or legal tech
