📋 Description

• As a Senior Graphic Technical Designer, you will be responsible for preparing and refining artwork files for production, creating detailed specification packages, coordinating timelines, and ensuring all graphics and signage are accurate, organized, and ready for print or fabrication • Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, and wallpaper using PowerPoint • Set up high-resolution print files – downloading, upscaling, and resizing images correctly • Ensure color accuracy for all deliverables such as color adjustments/matching • Collaborate with our design, print, and production teams to bring concepts to completion • Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to format and refine print-ready artwork • Enforce quality control standards to ensure all files output meet expectations • Maintain precise and organized documentation and file systems • Stay current with design trends and emerging tech (including AI tools) to boost quality and efficiency • Preparing ADA Signage, Custom art, mural and logos/cutouts, spec packages and files ready for printing/cutting on media other than paper: canvas, vinyl, acrylic etc. These files are printed and cut on our CNC and Laser Cutters, as well as roll to roll and flatbed printers

🎯 Requirements

• __**Must-have Skills/Qualification:**__ • · At least 5 years of applicable experience in signage industry • Minimum 3 years of ADA signage experience ***Yes*** • · Strong Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and Canva skills • · Experience with any ADA/braille signage software • · Deep understanding of print specifications, file prep, and layout practices • · Basic color-matching skills • · Visual composition skills and attention to detail (even if you’re not designing original artwork) • · Excellent communication, organization, and project and time management abilities • · A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for delivering great work • · Interest in long-term growth and collaboration • __**Advantageous Skills/Experience:**__ • · Experience in Image recreations, Custom mural creations and AI image generation • Experience in CAD and 3D Modelling Software (Sketchup etc.)
