📋 Description

• Review submissions from entities undergoing financial viability assessments, verifying entity and customer details, completeness and correctness of answers, supporting-document formats and accuracy, and timeliness of information • Check and reconcile financial information, including entity names, requested periods, Profit and Loss and Trading Statements, Balance Sheets, account notes, directors’ statements, compilation statements and auditors’ reports • Read financial notes, accountant statements and auditors’ reports to understand financial statements • Check Balance Sheet calculations, inclusion of figures, and reconciliation of income, expenses and accounts across periods • Highlight concerns and key points relevant to assessments while maintaining high accuracy and quality control • Extract and upload relevant financial-statement pages and map income, expenses, assets, liabilities and equity accounts to the digital assessment platform • Complete Google Sheets for platform uploads • Apply understanding of Australian Financial Statements, corporate structures and the assessment process • Request clarifications and additional information via clear, concise email communication with entities, customers, accountants, internal accounts teams, financial managers, CFOs, company directors and administrators • Communicate relevant information, concerns and issues to the Analyst Team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to analyse and interpret Financial Statements • Excellent written communication skills • Strong organisational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Experience reviewing UK Financial Statements or documentation preferred • Experience in Quality Assurance Processes preferred • High level of integrity and professionalism • Collaborative team member who supports others when required
