📋 Description

• Analyze business processes together with the specialist departments and develop concepts for automated implementation. • Develop, test and implement RPA bots (e.g., with UiPath or comparable tools). • Design and implement AI-driven agents/workflows (tool-calling, prompting, guardrails, evaluation). • Maintain, support and further develop existing bots and workflows. • Identify opportunities and continuously optimize automation processes — with a focus on stability, quality and value. • Interfaces & integrations: create and extend interfaces for agents (e.g., agent - SAP (MCP)).

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in an IT field (e.g., (business) informatics, computer science) or an equivalent qualification • Relevant professional experience in RPA/workflow automation and/or AI-powered workflows/agents • Experience analyzing business processes and developing automation concepts together with business stakeholders • Practical experience in the development, testing and operation of RPA bots (UiPath or comparable), including maintenance and monitoring • Experience implementing AI agents/workflows (tool-calling, prompting, guardrails, evaluation) • Very good knowledge of interfaces & integrations (REST/JSON, authentication), ideally with SAP connectivity • Solid fundamentals in software development (e.g., Python/JavaScript), Git, logging/monitoring and clear documentation • Strong communication skills, structured and team-oriented — enjoys pragmatic solutions with measurable impact • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
