• Technical operation of the CIP cloud infrastructure in AWS • Monitoring of the basic technical components of the CIP (Kubernetes, Kafka, Grafana, web frontend) • Adjusting computing power and available storage space depending on the overall system utilization • Reloading data in the event of problems with data deliveries from source systems • Adjusting connectivity settings in the event of technical changes to target systems • Monitoring of the processes running on the CIP • Expert advice on technical problems, including troubleshooting and restarting processes • Expert advice on improving system stability
