📋 Description

• Lead the overall strategic planning for overseas brand promotion, including ad strategies, budget allocation, and ROI goals across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok. • Manage the entire process of influencer marketing campaigns, from talent selection and content planning to performance tracking and relationship management. • Continuously optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page design to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and customer service teams to efficiently execute client requirements and ensure high satisfaction. • Provide in-depth service to key clients (e.g., cross-border e-commerce brands), delivering data reports, strategic insights, and optimization recommendations. • Build and maintain a long-term influencer/KOL network for ongoing collaborations. • Monitor ad account health to avoid risks such as account bans or content violations. Use tools like GA4 and Looker Studio to analyze user behavior and iterate ad performance models.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in overseas digital advertising, including 3+ years at a 4A agency; has managed accounts with monthly spend exceeding $500K. • Proficient in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads, familiar with formats like UAC, DPA, and DCO. • Hands-on experience working with international influencers (e.g., TikTok creators, Instagram KOLs), and knowledge of collaboration models like commission sharing and content licensing. • English proficiency sufficient for working communication (CET-6 or above, or equivalent). • Working at home and traveling to different places if needed
