📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert on Business AI Cloud capabilities across data, knowledge, models, and agents • Translate client business requirements into agent designs and platform configurations using the no-code Agent Builder and visual workflow tools • Configure and tune prebuilt Business AI Suite agents for client workflows, including conversation flows, prompts, and escalation paths • Build and maintain knowledge bases by preparing content, configuring retrieval, and testing answer quality using evidence and guardrail features • Lead product demonstrations, user training sessions, and adoption workshops for enterprise client teams • Audit existing client configurations and recommend improvements to containment, accuracy, and return on investment • Stay current with the client’s product roadmap and industry trends in agentic and conversational AI

🎯 Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, product consulting, business analysis, or customer experience technology • Fresh graduates must hold relevant AI or cloud certifications and demonstrate a strong understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs, knowledge retrieval/RAG, and AI agents • Hands-on experience configuring workflows, rules, or reporting dashboards in enterprise SaaS platforms • Understanding of contact-centre and customer-experience operations, including agent assist, self-service, and quality management, is an advantage • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn business goals into agent and workflow designs • Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills
