• Own and manage customer implementation, ensuring successful CCaaS deployment. • Perform end-to-end Network and IP Telephony assessments, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. • Analyze Signaling and Media streams, execute Network diagnostics to troubleshoot Voice quality issues. • Work closely with CPaaS vendors and Carrier partners to optimize voice connectivity. • Act as the primary technical contact for customers during UAT and post-Go-Live. • Develop best practice guidelines for customers on network configurations and VoIP optimizations. • Assist with customer training on voice quality monitoring tools and configurations.
• 8+ years of experience in VoIP, Telecom, and Networking domains. • Strong knowledge of VoIP Protocols (SIP/SDP, RTP/RTCP), Networking fundamentals (UDP/TCP/IP, DNS, MPLS), QoS (latency, jitter, packet loss mitigation) and CCaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect). • Hands-on experience with Session Border Controller (SBC), Media Servers and WebRTC. • Hands-on experience with Network topologies, VPNs, IPSec, Firewalls, and NAT traversal for VoIP. • Ability to collaborate with CPaaS vendors, Carrier partners, and Engineering teams. • Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience using network monitoring and debugging tools. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
