📋 Description
• Manage the team’s data portfolio across Excel, Oracle, and Pluralsight • Serve as a subject matter expert for GTD and associated HR data • Create cyclical reports, scorecards, dashboards, and executive presentations on key metrics using graphs, infographics, and other visualization methods • Structure large data sets to identify usable information and help create data-driven insights for program creation and developmental investments • Participate in the design and execution of data, analytics, and reporting projects • Support ad hoc requests and project work • Collaborate within Global Talent Development to gather and assess data • Establish KPIs to measure and improve the effectiveness of core GTD initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar reporting role • Understanding of data management, governance, reporting, and analytics • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex pivot tables, Power Query, VBA/Macros, and data analysis functions • Google Sheets and Looker Studio skills, including complex pivot tables, Apps Scripts, and data analysis functions • Experience designing, building, and maintaining interactive data visualizations and dashboards across Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and organize complex data sets • Ability to manage and work with sensitive/confidential HR data • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Remarkable attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and review projects before completion • Advanced English
