• Lead the execution of overseas brand marketing plans, including formulating ad strategies, budget allocation, and ROI goals on platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok. • Oversee the full process of influencer collaborations based on overall branding strategies, including influencer selection, content ideation, performance tracking, and relationship management. • Continuously optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and provide strategic input to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. • Build and scale a high-performing team quickly and collaborate across departments (Marketing, Design, Customer Service) to efficiently implement client needs. • Establish standardized SOPs and data dashboards to enhance team productivity and service quality. • Liaise with official media partners (e.g., Google Premier Partners, Meta agencies) to gain policy updates and traffic support. • Provide in-depth service to key accounts (e.g., cross-border eCommerce and global brands), offering data reports, strategic recommendations, and industry insights. • Monitor ad account health to prevent account bans or content violations. Use tools like GA4 and Looker Studio to analyze user behavior and refine ad models. Regularly publish industry white papers and case studies to strengthen team expertise.
• 5+ years of experience in overseas advertising, including 3+ years in team management; led ad accounts with monthly spend over $500K. • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads; familiar with UAC, DPA, DCO ad formats. • Hands-on experience working with overseas influencers (e.g., TikTok creators, Instagram KOLs), and familiarity with collaboration models like commission-based partnerships and content licensing. • Strong analytical skills with SQL/Python preferred; English proficiency required (CET-6 level or above).
