📋 Description
• Join a major international initiative focused on incorporating new needs (a brand-new Equities & Equity Swap module) into the Calypso v17+ platform. • Functional design solutions. • Customer requirements gathering and continuous interaction with users. • Breaks down business requirements into clear and testable User Stories or functional specifications. • Product portfolio support. • Functional testing and validation: validate that User Stories reflect true functional business needs. • Ongoing feedback, training, and documentation for new Calypso needs. • Assists in translating business language into technical context for developers. • Ensures requirements are aligned with business objectives and Agile backlog items. • Supports iterative development by refining requirements based on changing needs. • Helps business users understand new features or workflows.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Calypso, specifically version 16 or newer. • Practical knowledge of debt and derivatives. • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional execution. • Functional participation, at analyst level, in projects with delivery to the client. • Strong Calypso working skills and expert knowledge of trading, risk, messaging and settlements. • Familiarity with APIs, message queues, and middleware-based communication. • Proven communication capability in English, engaging with global teams and stakeholders. • B2-C1 – English level and Spanish.
