• Drive project and program planning • Develop and update integrated program roadmaps and schedules • Maintain the dependency, risk, and issue register across projects • Prepare materials for steering committees and senior management • Coordinate preparation and post-processing of steering board meetings • Lead coordination of multiple transformation streams and larger work packages • Moderate cross-organizational meetings, panels, and workshops • Maintain and improve the project documentation structure • Create and update key documents: project charters, MoMs, action logs • Compile and maintain comprehensive dashboards and KPIs
