• Generate reports and extract information using TOTVS RM • Prepare and validate billings based on payroll data and financial controls • Prepare and verify Excel spreadsheets to calculate charges and compose billing • Issue tax invoices (notas fiscais) and invoices • Contact clients to send billing, clarify questions, and follow up on outstanding items • Manage client portfolio and outstanding billing balances • Update financial systems and reports • Support vendor, consultant, and client registration processes • Monitor administrative and financial controls of the operation • Handle large volumes of information and multiple simultaneous demands
• Bachelor's degree completed • Solid experience in billing, financial back office, or related areas • Experience managing client portfolios and tracking billing • Proficiency in Excel • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines and delivery quality • Ability to work in dynamic environments with a high volume of controls • Experience with TOTVS RM is a plus • Experience in service companies, consultancies, outsourcing, or human resources is a plus • Knowledge of payroll-related billing is a plus • Experience issuing invoices and handling collections processes is a plus
