• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for operational positions across Brazil; • Act strategically and proactively in candidate attraction, using diverse sources and approaches; • Manage processes using an ATS (experience with Gupy is a plus); • Monitor and analyze recruitment and selection metrics, ensuring agility and quality in deliverables; • Work in partnership with hiring managers and internal teams, maintaining alignment and a smooth process flow.
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (completed); • Experience with high-volume recruitment and selection for operational positions; • Remote work with regional restriction: candidates must be located in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, or Curitiba.
