📋 Description

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer • Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on recruitment needs, workforce planning, and hiring priorities • Build and maintain talent pipelines • Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer processes, and onboarding activities • Ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific hiring standards • Build stakeholder relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience • Provide recruitment updates, market intelligence, and salary insights • Monitor recruitment metrics and identify process improvement opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment within RPO, staffing agencies, or in-house talent acquisition • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM, or recruitment sourcing platforms • Fluent English is mandatory • Additional languages are highly desirable • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset • Based in Portugal
