📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle as a trusted advisor to hiring managers • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes from intake meeting through to offer management • Recruit across Germany, Austria, Nordics, Benelux, and other EMEA markets • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies • Manage both internal and external recruitment processes • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels • Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive talent mapping • Manage approximately 15–20 open roles simultaneously while ensuring high-quality recruitment process • Provide recruitment insights and updates to hiring managers and stakeholders • Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes • Experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner within an in-house, RPO, or agency environment • German language proficiency at minimum B2 level • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing techniques • Talent mapping experience • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills • Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines • High level of self-management and a proactive mindset • Ability to work independently in a fully remote international environment
