📋 Description

• Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of VMS platforms • Participate in requirements gathering sessions, design workshops, and client meetings • Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects to deliver effective technical solutions • Configure test and production environments based on client requirements • Manage data uploads, validation, cleansing, and ongoing maintenance activities • Analyze client data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure data quality and integrity • Support integrations and data exchanges between VMS platforms and other business systems • Conduct testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve configuration-related challenges • Monitor and manage support tickets through to resolution • Maintain detailed documentation relating to configurations, business requirements, and technical processes • Act as a trusted advisor on VMS functionality and best practices • Work closely with customers to resolve technical and functional issues while providing an outstanding support experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, or similar solutions • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, validation, manipulation, and reporting • Experience in application support, system administration, configuration, or technical operations • Ability to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and processes • Experience supporting MSP or contingent workforce programs • Knowledge of integrations, data transfer protocols, and system interfaces • Experience with Workday or other HR technology platforms • Background in technical support, help desk, or application support environments • Experience participating in implementation or transformation projects
