• Consolidate company P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting and forecasting responsibilities. • Lead, and continuously improve monthly/quarterly/annual and long-term forecasting exercises, including actuals- to- forecast variance analyses. • Improve and refine financial reporting and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders. • Drive process and reporting automation, ensuring efficiency gains and supporting system enhancements and implementations (NetSuite, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting). • Supervise, develop, and mentor Finance Managers, supporting corporate departments including Operations, Project Management, Accounting & Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, and Executives. • Lead support for company-wide department spends, capital investments, and headcount. • Establish financial controls, policies, and procedures. • Conduct ad hoc research, competitive benchmarking, modeling, and reporting. • Support quarterly and annual board and executive reporting. • Other duties as required.
• 10+ years of progressive Finance experience including budget consolidation, forecasting variance analyses; advanced financial modeling and analytical skills. • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts, policies, and procedures; experience in Retail and E-commerce environments preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred. • Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards and concepts. • Advanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling, and strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations. • Experience designing and optimizing financial dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Looker, or NetSuite Analytics. • Financial Reporting and/or Planning Systems experience; NetSuite preferred. • Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop high-performing Finance staff. • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, dynamic and matrix environment. • Highly curious, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.
