📋 Description

• Own and lead the paid retail media strategy and execution across key partners (Target Roundel, Walmart Connect, Costco Media, Best Buy Ads, and others), managing full-funnel activations that drive awareness, traffic, and conversion • Oversee agency partners to ensure campaigns are optimized against KPIs, budgets are maximized efficiently, and performance insights are clearly communicated to internal stakeholders • Develop test-and-learn strategies to continuously improve ROAS, creative effectiveness, and audience targeting across RMNs and other paid retail channels • Own digital shelf optimization across all retailer.com platforms, ensuring best-in-class content, SEO, Q&A management, and ratings & reviews coverage • Manage Syndigo and Bazaarvoice platforms to ensure timely syndication of assets, accurate product representation, and strong review health that supports conversion • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, Digital, and Retail Operations teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints • Provide leadership and mentorship to supporting team members and agency partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation • Support Marketplace and Amazon initiatives, including paid media and content optimizations, to ensure consistent omnichannel presence • Deliver performance recaps, insights, and recommendations to leadership to inform future strategies and budget allocation • Other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • 6+ years of experience in retail, paid media, digital media, or eCommerce, preferably with CPG or omnichannel brands • Proven track record owning and optimizing paid retail media campaigns across multiple RMNs (e.g., Walmart Connect, Roundel, Instacart Ads, Costco Media) • Expertise in digital shelf management, PDP optimization, SEO for retail, Q&A management, and ratings and reviews strategy • Proficiency with Syndigo, Bazaarvoice, and Amazon Seller/Vendor Central tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to improve results • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and project management skills • Experience managing external agency partners and driving collaboration across media and analytics team
