• Develop, maintain, and expand internal and external relationships • Educate Financial Advisors on investment lending products • Conduct meetings with advisors to drive sales • Assist in demonstrating and reviewing applications • Create and analyze sales data for forecasting
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in banking/insurance • Minimum of 2 years previous experience with growing a client base • Proven track record as a sales professional or high potential to become one • Ability to analyze sales data and reports • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI, and Adobe platforms • Business planning and territory management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Banking, investment, and Insurance knowledge is an asset • A strong passion for learning and development • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset (required in Québec)
