📋 Description
• Launch and manage global driver testing programs • Hire, train and lead full-time Driver Operations team • Manage customer demos of in-car software • Partner with Product and Engineering teams on test plans • Lead execution of testing programs and produce detailed outputs • Define KPIs and analyze results for continuous improvement • Create dashboards, benchmarks, and reports for stakeholders • Manage a small fleet of vehicles internationally • Travel approximately once per month to support global programs
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of operations and/or program experience • Strong technical and analytical mindset • SQL proficiency required • Excellent communication skills (technical + external) • Highly organized and execution-oriented • Systems thinker with a focus on scalability • Empathy and collaboration
