📋 Description

• Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. • The Product Line Manager for the Construction and Restoration Systems Division is responsible for overseeing the development, management, and performance of the product line. • This role involves strategic planning, product development, market analysis, and collaboration with various departments to ensure the success and profitability of the product line.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in your assigned product line, with a proven track record in managing product lines within the concrete restoration or a related industry • Strong knowledge of concrete restoration systems, materials, and industry standards • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required (MBA or advanced degree a plus) • Proven external sales experience in relevant industry/products • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret market data and financial reports • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet navigation • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel heavily within the territory.
