• Oversee the marketing and engagement efforts for a dedicated region or set of clients • Highly skilled in consumer healthcare marketing strategies • Drive patient awareness and engagement into our health centers and ancillary products • Thrive in a fast-paced growth environment • Work with a diverse, passionate team of marketers • Collaborate closely with multiple internal departments and clients • Report to the Director of Patient Marketing & Engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communication • 3-4 years of experience in consumer marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with analytical tools • Track and report on various aspects of campaign effectiveness • Strong execution capability with a focus on driving results • Highly strategic, consultative teammate who can plan and execute • Ability to think outside of the box and innovate with creative marketing strategies • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams • Ability to articulate and present plans and have confidence in communicating with senior level team • Collaborative team player who can build relationships and work productively with cross-functional teammates • Ability to travel up to 30-40% within dedicated region
