📋 Description

• Identify and map professionals through platforms such as LinkedIn and resume databases • Conduct initial screening of candidates whose profiles align with open positions • Support talent outreach and engagement • Update spreadsheets and systems with candidate data • Support job posting across different channels • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking • Collaborate with the team on recruitment and selection activities and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field • Genuine interest in Recruitment & Selection / Talent Hunting • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organization, attention to detail, and an investigative mindset • Availability for a remote internship during business hours • Access to a computer and a stable internet connection • Previous experience—even brief—with recruitment and selection or customer service is a plus • Familiarity with LinkedIn and talent search tools is a plus • Intermediate or advanced English is a plus • Interest in pursuing a career as a Headhunter / Talent Acquisition professional is a plus
