📋 Description
• Support the Associate Director/Executive Director/Director of Donor Development • Cultivate, grow and manage a portfolio of donors • Utilize constituent relationship management systems for managing revenue streams • Develop/steward donor relationships and mobilize supporters • Collaborate to execute event core tactics

• Proven success in cultivating and securing major and planned gifts • Proven success in cultivating and securing corporate partnerships • Demonstrated ability to work and cultivate relationships across various sectors and communities • Proven success in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteer leaders and board members • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to plan and execute successful events • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
