• Identify, qualify, and develop high-quality sales opportunities, meeting established performance metrics. • Manage lead generation initiatives, call campaigns, and strategies to secure new clients. • Engage with prospects through inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, emails, and other approved communication channels. • Follow established scripts and communication protocols, ensuring accurate record-keeping within the CRM system. • Build trust and rapport with prospective clients, maintaining high levels of integrity and accountability. • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic internal sales team, fostering open communication. • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related field from an accredited college or university strongly preferred • Series 65 • 2+ years’ experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred
