• Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for the product under your responsibility • Lead continuous discovery processes, identifying opportunities, risks, and real market problems • Build and prioritize the roadmap based on impact, ROI, and business metrics • Manage the backlog with a high level of clarity, ensuring deliveries are aligned with the strategy • Work closely with the technical team, ensuring quality, pace, and a focus on outcomes • Monitor and analyze product metrics (engagement, adoption, clinical/operational impact) • Conduct alignments with strategic stakeholders (customers, leadership, internal areas) • Support data-driven decisions, validating hypotheses through experimentation
• Solid experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for digital products • Experience in fast-growth environments (startup/scale-up) • Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven mindset • Experience with structured discovery and strategic prioritization • Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) • Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate complex decisions • Excellent communication and clarity in translating needs into structured requirements • Proactive, resilient, and impact-oriented profile • Nice to have • Experience in healthtech or AI-driven products • Experience with B2B or enterprise products • Experience building products from scratch
