📋 Description

• Produce high-volume short-form video content using AI tools • Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, teachings, legacy assets) into platform-native clips • Develop and improve AI-driven workflows to increase output and efficiency • Stay up to date with emerging AI video tools and integrate them into production • Create content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts • Develop strong hooks within the first three seconds • Test multiple creative angles, formats, and captions • Analyse retention, engagement, and watch-time data • Optimise content weekly based on performance insights

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating high-performing short-form video content • Hands-on experience using AI tools within video production workflows • Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and retention psychology • Strong scriptwriting ability for short-form content • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and Creative Cloud tools • Experience using social analytics tools to inform decisions • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable performance
