📋 Description

• Support maintenance, enhancements, incident resolution, user support, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives in SAP ECC • Work with business users, senior SAP consultants, and development teams • Analyze requirements and troubleshoot issues • Support deployments and participate in SAP projects and rollouts • Resolve incidents and service requests • Support business users in daily SAP operations • Analyze and document business requirements • Participate in Unit Test, SIT, and UAT activities • Support deployments and hypercare activities • Prepare functional specifications • Coordinate with ABAP developers when needed • Execute root cause analysis for incidents • Support process improvements and SAP enhancements • Maintain process and configuration documentation • Work with SAP MM processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, inventory management, stock transfers, master data, and invoice verification • Work with SAP LE processes including inbound and outbound deliveries, shipping, warehouse movements, handling units, packaging, transportation, and distribution support

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP ECC • Experience in SAP MM or SAP LE modules • Experience participating in support, implementation, rollout, or enhancement projects • Understanding of end-to-end logistics and procurement processes • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions • Experience working with business users and conducting testing activities • SAP ECC navigation and configuration concepts • Basic understanding of integration with SD, PP, FI/CO, and QM • Ability to create and execute test scripts • Experience with SAP authorization concepts is desirable • Basic knowledge of debugging and ABAP is a plus but not mandatory • Strong analytical mindset • Communication skills • Customer-oriented attitude • Teamwork and collaboration • Proactive and eager to learn • Ability to work in international environments • English: Intermediate to Advanced (B2+ preferred) • Spanish: Nice to have
