📋 Description

• You'll be joining a high-energy, fast-paced team that takes a consultative approach to sales. • Your primary role will be to introduce customers to MarketerHire and connect them with the best marketing resources to achieve their goals and objectives. • Our customers range from founders to executives to marketers with a wide mix of industries and company stages. • To excel at this position, you must be incredibly organized, have exceptional customer service skills, are self motivated, and have super human attention to detail. • You have the hunger and hustle to get things done despite competing priorities and go above and beyond as needed to deliver results.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience in a direct sales role responsible for closing new business with the metrics to back it up. • Exposure to digital marketing either in a direct marketing role, working closely with a marketing team or selling for a company within the marketing/advertising space. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability and desire to discover pain points and help customers resolve them. • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with an outstanding phone presence. • Entrepreneurial mindset and highly motivated, continuously striving for personal and professional improvement. • Positive, confident, and determined demeanor, capable of flourishing in a competitive environment. • Excellent time management and organizational skills - able to adopt and work well in the various software and task management systems we provide. • Enthusiastic about helping your teammates, sharing your knowledge and learning from others. • Adapt at working in an environment where needs shift quickly and sometimes in unpredictable ways - possess the flexible demeanor that startup life demands.
