📋 Description

• Conduct engaging, high-impact demo calls with inbound leads to clearly showcase Pressmaster’s features, value, and real use cases. • Understand each prospect’s needs, goals, and pain points, tailoring demos to their specific workflows and challenges. • Qualify leads to ensure strong alignment with Pressmaster’s ideal customer profile and prioritize high-value opportunities. • Manage the entire sales cycle independently—from first contact to conversion—ensuring a smooth and professional prospect experience. • Follow up with leads consistently to drive progression through the pipeline and maximize conversion rates. • Collaborate with the customer support and marketing team by providing insights, customer feedback, and recommendations to improve campaign quality and lead generation. • Track demo performance, conversion metrics, and common customer questions to identify opportunities for optimization. • Maintain deep product knowledge, staying up to date on new features, improvements, and competitive trends. • Continuously improve demo scripts, workflows, and sales processes to increase efficiency, clarity, and win rates. • Represent Pressmaster.ai with professionalism and enthusiasm, acting as the primary point of contact for all inbound sales opportunities.

• Demonstrated success and a strong track record in sales or customer-facing roles within a SaaS environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and clearly articulate product features and benefits. • Goal-driven mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership. • Solid project-management skills. • Fluent in English.
