📋 Description

• Build and execute the full-funnel growth strategy across paid, organic, email, and lifecycle marketing • Serve as the sole copywriter crafting all ads, emails, landing pages, social posts, and product messaging • Run experiments, measure performance, optimize messaging, and double down on what works • Maintain ownership of all growth initiatives end-to-end—strategy → execution → iteration • Develop and manage acquisition, activation, and retention strategies • Own messaging frameworks, value propositions, funnel structure, and positioning • Coordinate directly with product, design, and leadership to ensure alignment • Write all marketing and product copy: Ads, Email sequences, Landing pages, Social content, In-app / product messaging, Blog and SEO content • Craft clear, compelling SaaS messaging rooted in persuasion psychology • Continuously refine copy based on metrics, behavior patterns, and testing insights • Implement full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels • Launch and optimize paid ads, nurture sequences, landing pages, and content assets • Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and iterate rapidly • Own SEO/SEM copywriting end to end

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in direct response copywriting and growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS • Proven success as the primary copywriter for multi-channel campaigns • Native-level English (C2) with exceptional clarity, persuasion, and storytelling • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, buyer psychology, and CRO • Hands-on, self-directed operator comfortable owning everything solo • Strong competence with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, etc. • Highly organized, analytical, and able to deliver under pressure • Bonus: certifications (Copyhackers, HubSpot, Google Ads)
