📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day creator management from discovery and outreach through onboarding and campaign execution • Identify and reach out to creators aligned with client objectives • Facilitate creator onboarding and maintain ongoing communication as the primary point of contact • Review and approve content against brand guidelines and client expectations • Negotiate and contract with micro-influencers within campaign budgets • Manage product send-outs and other campaign logistics • Enter campaign data accurately and monitor progress against KPIs • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance • Provide input and tips to less experienced team members through a buddy system • Stay informed on social media and influencer marketing trends, ASA guidelines, and platform updates

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in project management/creator management, ideally agency • Mandatory influencer marketing experience • Strong track record managing creator relationships end-to-end • Organisational skills • Interpersonal skills • Proactive & solution-oriented • Strong influencer marketing & social media knowledge • Adaptability & resilience • Commitment to high standards • Preferred but not mandatory: Client-specific experience (e.g. L'Oreal/beauty brands) • Preferred but not mandatory: Paid influencer & gifting campaign experience • Preferred but not mandatory: Agency background • Knowledge of ASA guidelines and platform updates
