🎯 Requirements

• Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in platform engineering (or a similar role). • Strong knowledge of containers, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and at least basics in Kubernetes, cloud, Terraform, and general software engineering. • You see tools as tools — and learn new ones fast when the job calls for it. • Understand that an engineering org is a socio-technical system — no change is ever “just a change”. • Solid grasp of distributed systems. • Care about quality attributes like availability, reliability, correctness — but know when pragmatism beats perfection. • Startup mindset: collaborative, hands-on, and adaptable. • Bonus: software engineering background — because it’s easier to design a great car when you also drive it.
