• The Branch Manager (BM) achieves sales goals through the promotion of medical education and training and leads the sales channel within an assigned territory. • The BM executes the sales plan for the assigned territory by integrating sales channel goals with Acumed’s Mission and strategic growth plan. • The BM builds and maintains sales relationships and ensures product training and promotion activities are available and supported within the assigned territory. • The BM may also monitor and coordinate product inventory, equipment, and material within assigned region in compliance with corporate policies and directives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required • Three or more years of experience in orthopedic medical device sales management within the assigned territory • Demonstrated ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology • Knowledge of healthcare industry and trends • Must be able to travel (fly and drive) regularly • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional, team oriented environment • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, demonstrated ability to interact with other professionals to gather and disseminate information • Strong attention to detail, tolerance for time pressure deadlines and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver results with multiple and complex projects • Credentialing Required: The responsibilities of this position include frequent surgery visits/observations
