📋 Description

• Edit high-quality Meta ads at high volume: roughly 25 ads plus 10 variations in the pipeline daily, with about 10 new concepts a week per avatar • Produce short-form Instagram content for Josh's account • Edit long-form YouTube videos • Process long-form videos into clips and highlights through the AI pipeline • Turn full-length client testimonials into logical before/after ads • Pre-edit and systemize testimonial-database clips for drag-and-drop use by any editor • Share learnings with the wider editor team • Build and own an AI editing pipeline for transcription, clip selection, cropping, captions, assembly, clone videos, and B-roll • Fix the pipeline when it breaks • Train existing editors on the AI workflow • Achieve 70%+ first-pass approval and launch edits on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• An AI-driven editing workflow using Claude Code or another AI agent/editing platform to automate clip selection, cropping, captions, and assembly; ability to describe a pipeline actually run • AI avatar and AI voice production using HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or equivalent • Generative AI video experience with Seedance, Veo, Kling, or equivalent • Short-form direct response ad craft, including hooks, pacing, captions, and retention, for Meta, Instagram, and YouTube • Active habit of tracking and testing new AI editing tools • Familiarity with Meta ad policy is a plus, not a requirement
