📋 Description

• The Manager will lead Workforce Assessment efforts, focusing on evaluating workforce capacity and skill levels, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the agency’s acquisition processes. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan aligning with agency's strategic goals and requirements. • Develop and support execution of the communication plan to ensure effective dissemination of project updates to all stakeholders. • Create bi-weekly status reports, obtaining inputs from the team and ensuring timely submission and accuracy. • Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure all project deliverables meet the agency’s quality standards. • Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and agency officials, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals as directed by the Senior manager. • Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and support mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity and success. • Conduct a comprehensive department-wide staff capacity assessment for IT acquisitions, identifying skill gaps and resource needs. • Oversee the development and submission of the Assessment Report. • Collaborate with agency officials to analyze internal documentation and provide written feedback. • Provide guidance and direction to the consulting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of all assessment activities. • Develop strategies for improving workforce alignment with current and future IT acquisition needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • At least 7 years of experience in workforce planning and assessment, preferably in federal contracting environment. • At least 5 years of experience in project management • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
