• Proven track record in specification sales: Understand the intricacies of product specification within the construction sector. • Technically minded: A solid grasp of technical specifications and product applications. • Commercially astute: A strong understanding of the construction industry and a keen commercial awareness. The ability to identify and win project opportunities. • Sales and performance-oriented: You're driven by targets and achieving outstanding results. You will be experienced and effective in business development, prospecting, securing customer visits and CRM project engagement. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills: Forging strong, long-term relationships with clients is paramount. • Flexible and adaptable: This is a field-based role requiring a flexible approach to extensive travel and your working environment. • UK driving license and on-patch living: You'll need a full UK driving license and must live within your designated sales patch.
