• Support customers in DSP software and optical module and AEC firmware development, system bring-up, testing, debugging, and testing • Provide pre-sales technical support, including delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and design proposals to achieve design wins • Deliver post-sales assistance, including system validation, design troubleshooting, firmware updates, and customer training • Align customer design requirements with company technologies and assist in proposal and solution development • Identify and track new design opportunities, guiding customers through their development and integration process • Provide onsite and remote support for real-time customer issues involving software, firmware, and hardware • Collaborate with internal R&D, product, and marketing teams to optimize products and improve the overall customer experience • Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and conduct sessions for customers and distributors.
• Education: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering • Master’s degree with 1–8 years of Optical module R&D experience • Bachelor’s degree with 3–10 years of Optical module R&D experience • Solid understanding of DSP algorithms, embedded systems, and firmware architecture • Proficiency in C programming; familiarity with Python for automation and testing is a plus • Hands-on experience in optical module firmware, module debug/control software design/hardware design or telecommunication, data communication etc. • Familiar with debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and software version control systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and verbal) • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in cross-functional teams • Demonstrates sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for diverse technical challenges.
