⢠Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests before, during, and after their stay. ⢠Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms. ⢠Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve guest requests quickly. ⢠Handle check-in and check-out support. ⢠Assist guests with recommendations, transportation, and local information. ⢠Escalate urgent issues when necessary. ⢠Keep accurate records of all communications in our systems. ⢠Ensure every guest enjoys a five-star experience.
⢠Native or fluent French (written and spoken). ⢠Good English communication skills. ⢠Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, call center, or virtual assistance is an asset. ⢠Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ⢠Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ⢠Comfortable working with multiple software platforms. ⢠Reliable high-speed internet connection. ⢠Quiet home office suitable for remote work. ⢠Positive attitude and passion for helping people. ⢠Advanced English is required.
