📋 Description

• Provide L1/L2 production support for the EDMS application • Provide production support for digital platforms including EDMS, BAW, and RPA • Manage complex production support functions • Perform project manager/lead responsibilities for small Power Automate changes and enhancements • Prepare status, periodic, and ad-hoc reports • Provide reporting and communication on production support and project status • Manage the team performing RPA process start-stop, execution, and monitoring • Direct the team to raise alerts from phone calls, emails, and incident tickets to the respective process team • Liaise with users and Technology teams for data-related information exchange • Liaise with Application Technology teams for process-related information exchange • Validate RPA dashboard data and raise alerts for discrepancies • Manage a diversified team of onshore, offshore, and vendor resources responsible for the EDMS application • Assess initiatives to support and enhance systems and provide recommendations • Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and clients • Ensure projects and initiatives align with business objectives and act as the highest project internal escalation level • Lead compliance with PMO, QMS, risk, audit, and architecture guidelines • Contribute to the yearly technology roadmap and ensure project financials and estimates are accurately reported • Lead the Platform team in delivering platform solutions • Align strategic vendor partnerships with industry roadmaps and business strategy • Assist with requirements and concepts and verify developed functionality/resolutions • Converge regulatory requirements into business requirements • Manage regulatory controls, audit requirements, and risks affecting data security, system downtime, and incidents • Collaborate with Product Owners and team members on product and delivery • Streamline platform delivery, increase business value, and measure platform value through metrics • Communicate and showcase the purpose and value of delivered solutions • Define technology frameworks and guide technology selection and implementation • Use Agile engineering practices and ML software development technologies to develop solutions • Engage the team in reviews and planning

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Production support function pertaining to Application Production Support and RPA technology • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate RPA tool workings • Thorough knowledge and work experience in Weblogic Webserver and Oracle database • Strong knowledge of Java code and Unix/Linux commands • Team management skills • Reasonable/Excellent English communication skills • Experience working with business users as part of BAU activities • Ability to identify and raise alerts on application risks • Ability to coordinate patching activities and remediate vulnerabilities • Ability to perform volume-metric analysis on application performance and raise timely alerts • Availability for on-call shifts to support SLA • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Willingness to support during off business hours if needed
