📋 Description

• Participate in requirements discussions with stakeholders, the Product Owner, and the squad, documenting specifications and acceptance criteria. • Write and execute test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing, following the Senior QA/BA's approach. • Support data pipeline and report validation using SQL and basic data analysis techniques. • Log and track defects, providing clear documentation and evidence for resolution. • Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and results for audit and compliance purposes. • Collaborate daily with developers, the Senior QA/BA, and other team members. • Tackle day-to-day testing problems systematically, seeking guidance when needed. • Make decisions on test case structure, scenarios, and defect logging, escalating issues when necessary. • Actively develop skills in test automation, data validation, and banking domain knowledge. • Take ownership of tasks and manage workload within sprint deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field. • Up to 5 years of experience in QA, Business Analysis, or a combined role. • Experience in manual testing with exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Postman, etc.). • Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases and data output checks. • Understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, and the importance of documentation and traceability. • Ability to participate in requirements discussions and take clear notes. • Comfortable asking questions and working with business stakeholders. • Willingness to learn and develop skills in test automation and data validation. • Clear and honest communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset. • Experience in a regulated banking environment is an asset.
