• Lead the enterprise-wide automation strategy and platform ownership for reconciliation systems • Ensure scalable, accurate, and resilient processes across high-volume transaction accounts • Enhance auto-matching logic and reduce manual breaks • Improve reconciliation efficiency through AI-based platforms such as Cypher • Align reconciliation capabilities with evolving business needs and technology standards • Coordinate with Technology, Internal Controls, and Business Operations teams • Proactively resolve platform gaps and define SLA thresholds • Drive the automation agenda across Nostro, Sundry, Internal, VAT, and other key reconciliation types
