📋 Description

• Work closely with marketing team to produce new creative ideas for Mashreq NEO, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications, in line with business objectives for the campaigns. • Takes input from marketing team to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas/concepts accurately. • Develop creative concepts & also has experience in adapting layouts into different mediums & sizes. • Create visually compelling designs, graphics, and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media content, emails, mobile notifications, and other marketing / advertising materials targeting existing to bank and new to bank customers. • Ensure all designs and creative outputs are consistent with Mashreq NEO brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and impactful visual identity across all mediums. • Expertise in adapting and optimizing layouts, designs, and visuals for various digital and print mediums, ensuring seamless integration and effectiveness across different platforms and sizes. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers and product team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives. • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and digital media to infuse creativity and innovation into design strategies. • Take an active role in crafting compelling written content to complement visual designs, including but not limited to, headlines, taglines, captions, and concise copy for marketing collateral, ensuring a cohesive blend of creative visuals with impactful messaging. • Develop and maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all creative outputs, ensuring that written content aligns seamlessly with the visual elements. • Capability in leveraging AI tools and platforms to enhance end-to-end campaign creative development, including ideation, content generation, visual design, and adaptation across formats. This includes the effective use of generative AI (e.g. image, video, and text tools) to accelerate production, improve creative quality, and optimise outputs for performance across digital and offline channels. • Strong understanding of retail banking to deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns while maintaining brand integrity, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 4-7 years) within a marketing role or advertising agency with graphic design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field. • Experience working for financial services (bank/fintech) or technology sectors required. Experience working for a UAE company or exposure to global organisations would be a plus. • Proven ability to use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Google Gemini/Veo, BytePlus, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc) to enhance/develop creative ideation, production, and optimisation across campaign formats (visual, video, and copy), combining data-driven insights with strong creative judgment.
