📋 Description

• Provide customer insights for the Neo retail banking division • Develop, implement & track AI / ML models to enhance revenue or reduce cost • Design, deliver & track marketing campaigns for various products & segments within Neo retail bank

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8+ years of relevant advanced analytics experience in banking / financial services or similar environment • Strong applied statistical skills, such as segmentation, regression, decision tree, Machine learning algorithms (such as ANN, SVM. Random Forest etc) are a must for this role • Hands on Experience on in data & analytical tools like SQL, SAS / R & Python is a must for this role • Prior experience in a digital analytics environment is preferred for this role • Prior experience in marketing analytics is preferred for this role • Ability to identify opportunities and help manage increase the revenue or reduce cost from hidden opportunities in preferred for this role • Experience on Power BI report development with prior expertise on process and report automation is preferred for this role • Ability to work well in a team and build strong network / relationships within and outside the organization is preferred for this role • Prior experience in advanced analytics solutions in the sphere of unstructured data (text, pictures, video etc) is preferred • Exposure to Bigdata is preferred for this role
