• Achieve monthly KPIs assigned • Maintain service standards and monitor, evaluate, and measure performance to achieve productivity and efficiency from systems and product campaigns • Direct all telesales activities toward meeting sales targets • Achieve assigned monthly card targets • Ensure there is no misselling • Adhere to discipline and punctuality standards • Follow up constantly with customers • Attend daily team huddles and keep up with team commitments • Monitor personal performance and align strategies to improve sales outcomes
