• Identify and generate new business opportunities across SMB and mid-market organizations • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct engagement • Initiate and manage client conversations, including discovery and qualification • Collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions and proposals • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources • Build strategic partnerships with consultants, IT providers, and local businesses • Support deal progression from initial contact through closure
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition • Background in cybersecurity, IT services, consulting, or related fields (preferred) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Existing professional network (highly preferred) • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset • Comfortable working in a commission-based model • Nice to Have: Experience selling cybersecurity, MSP, or compliance services • Connections in healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, or SMB sectors • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools (Zoho experience is a plus)
