📋 Description

• Client Engagement and Discovery: Lead discovery sessions, understanding client needs and pain points. Craft persuasive sales pitches tailored to client goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. • Data Architecture Design: Design data architectures that integrate Hightouch in a wider Martech stack. Develop comprehensive data models to support client requirements. • Technology and Tool Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate data technologies and tools. • Implementation and Optimization: Guide data engineers in bringing solutions to life. Optimize data pipelines for performance and efficiency. • Data Analysis and Storytelling: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends and insights. Translate complex data into clear, impactful stories. • Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Set and maintain data engineering standards. Mentor and guide junior team members. • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data architecture or solution architecture roles focused on data platforms, including at least 5 years in a technical leadership capacity. • Strong hands-on experience with Hightouch, including designing and operating reverse ETL syncs, modelling sources, and optimising performance and observability. • Proven track record designing and implementing architectures that integrate a cloud data warehouse (preferably Snowflake) with martech tools such as Braze, and other customer engagement or analytics platforms. • Extensive experience in data modelling, building and tuning data pipelines, and working with modern data integration tooling. • Strong coding skills in relevant languages (e.g. SQL, Python) and comfort working with version control, CI/CD and modern engineering practices. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading discovery workshops and turning requirements into robust technical designs. • Experience mentoring and guiding engineers or consultants, ideally in an agency or consulting environment with multiple concurrent client engagements. • Ability and willingness to travel to client locations.
