• Develop trust and safety strategy • Oversee fraud prevention initiatives • Implement abuse detection and platform governance • Partner with legal and product teams • Build trust & safety operational teams
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years experience in fraud prevention, platform governance or risk leadership • Experience in fintech, marketplaces or SaaS • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Security or Business • CFE, CISSP preferred
🏖️ Benefits
• Compensation Guidance (US): $200,000 – $290,000 base salary + bonus + equity
